Commercial Maintenance FAQs

How regular do you attend?
Our service frequency will depend on the services that you require. Most customers select a fortnightly service but we can visit as often as daily or annually for gutter cleaning bookings.
Do we need to be open for you to attend?
No! Almost all of our commercial sites are serviced when the business is closed. We hold keys for all of our contracted sites and complete the service with no disruption to your business.
What happens if I need to skip a service?
We understand that from time to time your business needs may require us to miss a service and when that happens, we’ll simply add an additional service to catch up where required or add the service onto the end of the annual contract.
Why do I need to sign an agreement?
All of our commercial bookings are secured through our 12 month written agreements. We do this to provide you with reassurance that we’ll attend and of course, setting out what our requirements will be.
We only currently offer a minimum of a 12 month agreement for commercial properties.
How do I know when you’ll be attending?
Each Friday before your scheduled service, you’ll receive an email from our admin team advising of the day and time slot of your next scheduled service. If there are any problems, please just reply to that email and we’ll do our best to help!
Can you give me a specific time?
Although we are unable to say we’ll be with you at an exact time, we do provide 4 hour time slots for when you can expect your service crew to attend. If you require a specific time, please contact our office and we’ll do our best to assist.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have full public and liability insurance in place in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. A copy of our policy is available upon request.
How can I pay?
Upon competition of each service, you’ll receive an invoice by email allowing you to settle the amount either by any major credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.
We also offer an advanced payment option for you to settle the annual bill in full in exchange of a discount on the final amount.
Can I cancel your service?
Unless you have a service contract with us, if you no longer require us to service your property, you can cancel at any time. We require this request in writing and ask for a minimum of 2 days notice.
I’ve found somebody cheaper, will you price match?
No. You will always be able to find a cheaper provider but our prices are fixed and are based on our overheads as a business including our professional equipment, staffing costs, insurance and operational costs.
