Window & Gutter Cleaning FAQs

How regular can you clean my windows / gutters?

Do you use ladders?
We don’t usually use ladders to clean your gutters or windows due to our professional carbon fibre long reach poles.
Will you leave streaks over my glass?
Certainly not! We use speciality water (Pure Water) that will dry streak free, leaving you with crystal clear windows! If you’re not happy with the end results though, just let us know and we’ll return as quick as possible to discuss your concerns and rectify any problems at no additional charge.
Do I need to be home?
Providing we can access all of the areas required, you will not need to be home unless advised otherwise at the time of booking. If you have any locked gates, we are able to hold a copy of the key should this be preferred at no additional charge. Speak to us about this at the time of booking.
Can I see before and after photographs of my gutters?
Of course! As standard, we take before and after photographs using our DJI camera technology mounted to our SkyVac poles. We also use drone technology where required to better inspect larger guttering systems.
How do I know when you’ll be attending?
Each Friday before your scheduled service, you’ll receive an email from our admin team advising of the day and time slot of your next scheduled service. If there are any problems, please just reply to that email and we’ll do our best to help!
Can you give me a specific time?
Although we are unable to say we’ll be with you at an exact time, we do provide 4 hour time slots for when you can expect your service crew to attend. If you require a specific time, please contact our office and we’ll do our best to assist.
How can I pay?
If you’re home during our visit, you can pay with cash or any major credit or debit card through our SumUp card readers.
If you’re not home during our visit, you’ll receive a digital invoice allowing you to settle your outstanding balance the same day using any major credit or debit card via SumUp.
Can I cancel your service?
Unless you have a service contract with us, if you no longer require us to service your property, you can cancel at any time. We require this request in writing and ask for a minimum of 2 days notice.
I’ve found somebody cheaper, will you price match?
No. You will always be able to find a cheaper provider but our prices are fixed and are based on our overheads as a business including our professional equipment, staffing costs, insurance and operational costs.
